The lovely
Glenda is running a competition to win some of her new stamps with the topic being to use Stampboard with Elusive Images stamps. I, like Glenda, love using stampboard. I coloured first using inks sponged and blended together, then stamped the lovely snowman from Glenda's new Christmas collection in Midnight Blue Stazon, and coloured him slightly using Sakura pens. I edged the board with silver Pentouch then clear embossed the whole piece making the embossing go all bubbly to indicate the snow. The main card was printed using Artylicious Seasons Greetings cd, starry night paper and the sentiment also from the cd and covered with a snowflake acetate wrap from Michele Marsden. Then I stamped onto an acrylic piece from Joanna Sheen, using the same stamps and some little Glenda swirly stamps too. Coloured in the same way and colours I then clear and white embossed on the back of the acrylic. I attached with a snowflake eyelet the acetate to the card front then fastened blue ribbon fibre to dangle the acrylic piece. I finally attached the stampboard, a coordinating insert and even a snowman 'handmade by me' name tag on the back. Sorry about the light reflecting on the acetate caused by the scan.
Whew finished now!
