Snowmen

Here is my entry for the Bah Humbug challenge this week topic 'Snowmen'. I stamped (the stamp from QVC I think) the images coloured then scanned and popped into Kaleidescope Creator to get the circular effects. 'Tis a while since I did something simlar so thought I would have another go and this is the result. I cut round the edges (the white is just the scanner background) and added a gem in the centre and dotted some Stickles glitter glues around. Hope you like it.

Baby Card for Daisy May

As most people who know me in real life already know 'I don't do babies' so making this card was really difficult for me. I decided on an actual person and used the photo of my Grand-daughter Erin Kate, manipulated it in Kaleidescope Creator and added the cute dog and cat from Daisy May (coloured with Promarkers). The topic is as you may by now have guessed is 'New Baby' so do pop over to Daisy May and enter this week's challenge - you could win a lovely download of your choice and you don't have to use Daisy May to enter. Well my card was not liked by someone on the DT so was not posted on their blog this week. Never mind - I hope you like it and I am sure my little Erin will.

Peach Delight

Here is one I made earlier that I thought would be just right for the Caardvarks 'Fruit and Veg' challenge. I love this peachy image from Joanna Sheen's cd and converted it into this picture using Kaleidescope Creator, then mounted it onto a yellow card. Peachy enough to eat.

I created this for the 'Warm Tones' challenge at Theme Thursday. The image is from Joanna Sheen's cd which I then changed into the Kaleidescope using the Kaleidescope Creator cd. I then transferred it to My Craft studio and added the words and frame and coloured the background orange.

Peach Kaleidescope

The card I share with you today is a nice bright and cheerful peachy looking one which makes me think of summer - a long way off I know. The image is from a Joanna Sheen CD converted into this pattern using the Kaleidescope Creator programme. It is sitting on a bright yellow card. This is my entry for the 4 x 4 Friday 'Open' challenge.

Snowmen and Snowflakes - they get everywhere

Well, my craft room is overflowing with Snowmen and Snowflakes. So here is my multiple entry for DCM midweek extra dare. A variation on a theme here with the snowman stamped in Blue Stazon and coloured with stickles glitter glue and Sakura pens and overlayed with acetate. The circular card was created from the stamped image in Kaleidescope Creator. The rectangles and circles snowman consist of stickers, acetate, snowflake and jewel brads and silver ribbons. Hope they don't all melt!!! I have the heating on as it is cold today brrrr

'Rainbow Colours' Snowman

Today I am honoured and delighted to be the first Guest Designer for Arty Girlz Challenge. I decided that as my forum name is Rainbow Lady I should try to incorporate that into my challenge, hence the title 'Rainbow Colours'.
The challenge is to make a work of art using just THREE of the colours in the rainbow spectrum. They are, in case you have forgotten, (Richard Of York Gave Battle In Vain or Run Off Young Girls, Boys In View) or Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue, Indigo and Violet. My three colours of choice are Red, Blue and Green. The snowman was stamped onto blue card with blue Stazon ink. I coloured him with Sakura pens in Red and Green and used blue, red and green Stickles to embellish and glitter parts of the tree and to add the snow and his buttons. I then used the Kaleidescope Creator programme to make the circular design. I have really enjoyed making this card and I hope you will all enjoy my challenge.
