Our niece Lisa has just graduated with a BHSc (Hons) degree so made this card for her. The background and decoupaged image are from a free website The Lilac Garden. Embellished with silver and gold peeloffs and yes - I have given away a grey blue tassel!! That shows how special Lisa is.
