2009 Awards

I have received two lovely awards today 'Encouraged' from Beryl and Ann and 'One Lovely Blog' award from Lorraine. Thank you so much ladies you are too kind. There were many people who helped and encouraged me when I first started blogging, and in fact still do, but I would be here all day naming them So please feel free to accept the awards from me if you are a regular viewer of my blog. Another Award

I have just been given this lovely award by Beryl - thank you so much.
Having just returned home from hospital after my operation it is indeed a pleasure to accept it.

Now then five things that I am addicted to (only some of which I could live without) are in no particular order :-

Rubber Stamping (of course)
Marmalade
OPI nail lacquer, the more the better
Water as in oceans, rivers, streams, trickling, still, flowing, (well I am Pisces)
Anything magical, mysterious and celestial
Anything and everything PURPLE
and I must add my wonderful husband too.

Wylde Women Award x 5

Wow, I have been given this award three times in the last few minutes by the lovely Sue, Beryl and TracieJane and also the lovely Ann. Well, now I have received this award again from the lovely Carol so thank you so much. You have all made my day ladies and I thank you so much. Yes, I guess I was a Wylde Woman in my younger days and can still often be found rocking away to live bands up here in the North of Scotland. Some of my favourites are linked to my blog and others you can hear on my playlist.

I have to say thank you to the lovely Carol for this great award she has given to me. It is much appreciated and I am so grateful.
Now though I have the problem of choosing 5 people to pass the award on to.

Thank you for my surprise award Ann

How delighted I was just now to receive the 'You make my day award' from
Ann Whitfield at the Spirit of Creativity blog. So thank you Ann for your kind words and giving me this honour. I too have so many people who inspire me including Paula at Mini Book Pixie who always makes such lovely creations and has inspired me to buy a Bind-it-all machine after seeing her wonderful books. Lavender Rose makes beautiful cards that I love especially when she uses Pink Petticoat products. Sandy is an overseas friend who always looks at my blog and leaves such wonderful comments and also makes fabulous cards. Both Crissi and Julie at Arty Girlz Challenge Blog are always inspiring me with their varied challenges and even asked me to be their first Guest Designer so I am also choosing both of them to receive this award. They both make some lovely creations and their challenges not only include card making but other crafts as well. Thank you all for your inspiration and for making my blog such a pleasure to do every day.
