A Winter Sketch

Posted by PicasaHere is my card for this week's 'Winter Sketch' challenge over on my
Challenge Blog.  The lovely image is from Chi Chi Memories who are sponsoring this challenge - my DT were given some lovely images to work with and I chose this little person......and coloured her with Copics..... yes she is a she..... I have decided.
The background paper is I think from Enchanted Dreams cd..... not too sure really as printed it out before Christmas..... I added a purple die cut rectangle for my snowlady to sit on and added some little white fluffy snowballs and some flowers with gem centres.  The edging is from Sue Smith and the label from Anna Griffin.
Do pop over and enter the challenge you may win some digi images of your choice.

Winter Wishes

Posted by PicasaWhilst the snow is still with us, we had more last night, and the temperatures are  below freezing I am still in Christmas mood so here is my entry for CD Sunday Challenge 'New Year New to You'.
The wonderful Enchanted Dreams is new to me and I love it so.....
The background and main image are from the cd and the white edging panel is from Sue Smith.  I added some flowers, a Secret Santa gift this year and a little rub on message Winter Wishes. Another card ready for this year and I even did the insert - trying to do them with the card this year to save having them all to do at once later. Hope you like.

Old Footballers Never Die

Posted by Picasa One of my husband's Managers has a birthday on Friday so of course I was asked to make his card. Using Joanna's 'Victorian Companion' I have simply decoupaged the images on top of plaid paper from Sue Smith's 'Festive' cd and added a few peel offs. The insert reads 'Old Footballers Never Die' as Brian is apparently an ex player.

Cuttlebugged Christmas Village

Posted by Picasa I created this card using Glimmer Mists for the background, stamping with Black Stazon using Glenda's stamps (I love this stamp) then placing the whole card thru the Cuttlebug Snowflakes embossing folder to give a nice raised effect. I added a little of Sue Smith's Plaid papers from her cd to the visible edge of the main dark blue card, and mounted the white card onto this. The glitter I added does not, of course, show up well on the scan but it is there I promise.

'White Christmas' cards

Posted by Picasa A trio of cards which were made using Robert Adam's White Christmas cd together with the Festive Plaid and Co cd by Sue Smith. I have, of course, added some Cuttlebug backgrounds too, which, mixed with the plaids, some matting and layering and a generous sprinkle of glitter complete the cards.
